Runs raffles on twitter, based on a hashtag

## Installation

Add it to `Projectfile`

```crystal
deps do
  github "zamith/twitter-raffle"
end
```

## Usage

```crystal
require "twitter-raffle"

p Twitter::Raffle::FinderOfWinners.new("hashtag").winner
```
