PDF page numbering and (eventually) multi-PDF merging in pure Crystal. Designed for booklet assembly use cases (music score collections, course handouts, etc.) where the page numbering must honour the actual page format (A4, Letter, A3) and where multi-page partitions inside the booklet should carry their own intra-partition numbering ("1/2", "2/2") in addition to the global page number. Inspired by the Ruby gem combine_pdf — fixes the US Letter hardcoding bug of `combine_pdf.number_pages` and adds support for partition-aware intra-numbering.
